Most of my clients come to see me because they repeatedly sabotage their healthy weight efforts because of:

  • lack of time

  • chronic stress & worry

  • cravings for sugar, junk food or fast food

  • emotionally eating

4 ~ Finding the Right Eating Style for You

STOP counting calories!

Reduced calorie diets just don't work. In fact they set you up for a 97% failure rate long term.

Learn how to become your healthy weight.

Session focus is on how different eating styles may better serve you at this time.

There are literally hundreds of lower calorie, weight loss diets popularized over the past 50 years.

However, I encourage my clients to NEVER go on a low calorie “diet” because this is actually the perfect prescription for long term weight GAIN.

Although the majority of people that can stay on any of these lower calorie “diets” for 1-4 weeks are successful in losing weight in the short term, these type of diets only set people up to fail long term about 95-98% of the time.

* Many decades of research supports that people from around the world that have the longest, healthiest lives are people that simply keep active and that eat clean, whole foods, mostly vegetables and fruits (50% and over of total daily food intake), with some meat from wild caught fish and grass-fed, pastured animals.

I encourage my clients to:

  • eat primarily a diet of whole foods,

  • avoid eating any foods made from refined sugars and flours, and processed, hydrogenated fats,

  • eat the “cleanest” food (food that is not been raise with pesticides, herbicides, hormones or antibiotics) that they can afford to buy.
