Appointments
For an appointment or to change a scheduled appointment, just contact me via my contact info above.
I provide coaching sessions by appointment only.
My schedule is usually booked 1-2 weeks ahead.
If you desire to see me sooner, I will do my best to fit you in.
Coaching sessions are usually conducted virtually on Zoom.
(Zoom is a free online meeting app that works on most mobile phones, on tablets & computers.)
If you prefer, I can work in with you via:
phone,
Facetime
in person at my private office.
Payments
Payment for all sessions is expected to be made prior or at the beginning of your scheduled session.
I use Square, Inc to securely accept most credit / debit cards.

For In-Person Sessions, I also take checks and cash.
Payment for Single Private Coaching Sessions is expected at the beginning of each session.
Prepayment for Packages of Private Coaching Sessions is expected in full at time of purchase.
Payment for Special Private Coaching Programs (like the Virtual Gastric Band Hypno Program & Healing Cravings) is paid at time of online Registration for each specific program.
Payment for Group Programs or Workshops, & Online Courses is paid at time of online Registration .
Package Refund Policy for Coaching Packages:
Refunds are gladly given upon written request (email or post mailed letter) for unused Coaching Package sessions.
However, any request for a refund for coaching packages voids any special offer or discounted rates.
All Coaching Package Refunds are based on my no contract rate of $25 / unit of 15 minutes of used session time.
Deductions for credit card processing fees may be applied to refunds.
Session Cancelation Policy:
48 hours notice is expected if you need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice,
if you have an emergency or even if you just forget,
you are generously granted ONLY ONE free forgiveness.
Expect to forfeit any prepaid fee for your appointment the next time
for any cancellations that are less than 48 hours.
